The record behind a saved take
Privacy,
in the open.
Your choices leave a trace in the app. This policy explains what that trace contains, where it stays and how you can remove it.
Scope
This policy describes Aside Atlas for Android and the accompanying informational website. The installed app lets you explore authored scenes and save the choices you make. It does not provide a channel to submit information to MINA AGENCY, INC.

Information you enter
The app does not ask for a name, email address or free-text personal story. You select observations and response options already included in the app. A saved take records those selections and their associated scene text.

Local app state
Your current scene, stage, selected observation, opening, next move and motion preference are stored in Android app-private preferences. This lets the app restore your place when it is reopened.

Saved takes
My traces stores the scene title, observation, opening, reply, next move and result of a take on your device. These records support replay and comparison. They are not personality scores or mental-health assessments.

Where data stays
The Android app has no Internet permission and contains no app network client. Its scene state and saved takes are not transmitted by the app. Access by your device operating system is governed by Android and your device settings.

Accounts
Aside Atlas has no account or sign-in system. There is no account profile, cloud account recovery or account-linked synchronization in this version.

Permissions
The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, notification or shared-media access. It reads its packaged content and its own app-private storage.

Analytics
This build includes no analytics SDK, event reporting service or app-owned remote crash reporter. The app does not send your choices or interaction history to an analytics provider.

Advertising
The app includes no advertising SDK or advertising identifier access. Choices and saved takes are not used by the app for advertising or ad profiling.

Included content
Scenes and illustrations are included with the app. They are authored material for exploring everyday interactions, not reports about real staff, participants or events. Your choices do not establish what another person feels.

Retention
Local preferences and saved takes remain until you remove them, clear the app storage or uninstall the app. Aside Atlas does not apply an automatic expiration schedule to your saved takes.

Your controls
Remove a specific take from My traces with Remove this take. Use Android app storage controls to erase all local app data. Clearing storage also resets the current scene and preferences.

Backup and transfer
Android application backup is disabled for this app. Aside Atlas has no export, cloud restore or device-transfer feature. Device-level tools outside the app may behave according to their own policies.

Device access
Android app-private storage limits ordinary access by other apps. Anyone using an unlocked device may still open Aside Atlas and read its visible traces. The app does not add a separate passcode or encrypt preferences itself.

Younger users
The app does not ask for age or knowingly gather children’s personal information through forms or accounts. The authored situations use everyday adult settings. Device supervision remains with the person responsible for the device.

Website connections
The accompanying website contains informational pages and local artwork, with no forms, advertising or analytics added by this project. A browser must contact a host when a website is served. A future host may process connection logs under its own policy; no public host is configured for this private handoff.

Requests and contact routes
For local app data, the removal controls described above operate directly on your device. No verified support mailbox or organization contact route is configured in this release. A publisher must provide a valid support channel before public distribution.

Policy changes
Effective September 5, 2026. A later version that changes data handling must update this policy to describe the actual behavior. Review the policy supplied with the version you use; this document does not authorize a future data collection feature.
